Refund Policy for PMP Program

We value your commitment to our PMP program, and we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a refund. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined the following refund policy for the PMP course.

1. Course Fee

The total cost of the PMP program is 1950 EGP. This fee covers all educational materials, lectures, and any additional resources provided during the course.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a partial refund of 50% of the course fee if the refund request is made before 10 days of the official start date of the program.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the course commencement date.
  • No refunds will be granted after the course has started.
  • Any administrative fees or processing fees may apply when requesting a refund.

3. Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Submit a written request to our administration team via email or through our official platform.
  • Include your full name, course enrollment details, and reason for requesting the refund.
  • Once your request is reviewed, you will be notified of the refund status within 7 business days.

4. Timeline for Refunds

If eligible for a refund, the payment will be processed within 10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.

5. Non-refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration fees, if applicable.
  • Materials or services already rendered prior to the refund request.
